This page records the data handling currently implemented in the development rebuild. It is not the final production privacy notice and must be completed against confirmed operating arrangements before release.

The public brand is ANF Digital. The registered company particulars supplied for this build are ANF DIGITAL LTD, company number 14536234, with registered office at The Gate, Keppoch Street, Cardiff, Wales, CF24 3JW.
Information collected through the enquiry form
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional organisation name, an area of interest and your message. The server validates the submission and stores accepted enquiries in the website's MongoDB enquiry collection.
The rebuilt enquiry route does not intentionally add browser user-agent or IP-address fields to new enquiry records. Older records may contain fields used by the previous implementation; this rebuild does not delete or rewrite existing enquiry data.
Why the information is collected
The form exists so ANF Digital can receive and review enquiries about an organisation, challenge, idea or area of interest. The final production notice must state the confirmed lawful basis and operational use before publication.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
The rebuilt public pages do not include the previous Google Analytics tag and do not intentionally add advertising tags or third-party tracking scripts. The website now loads Google-hosted typography and Material Symbols for presentation. A deployment-level audit is still required before production because hosting, infrastructure, third-party resources and later configuration can affect cookies, logs and similar technologies.
If non-exempt cookies or similar technologies are introduced, the website information and consent mechanism must be updated to match the actual implementation.
Data minimisation
Please do not submit passwords, access credentials or personal information that is not necessary for the enquiry. The form is deliberately kept short and does not require marketing consent as a condition of contacting ANF Digital.
Before production release
This development page must be completed with the confirmed privacy-operating details. The website should not make broader privacy, security or compliance claims until those arrangements have been verified.
